Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Deposits
For higher-value services, we may require a deposit to confirm your booking. This will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit or incur a fee.
3. Satisfaction Policy
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're unhappy with the service, we’ll happily redo the job at no extra cost, subject to fair review.
4. Service Locations
We offer detailing and valeting services both at our Birmingham unit and via our mobile service.
5. Mobile Service Limitations
Our mobile service may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions or restricted access to your location. We will notify you in advance if any issues arise.
6. Service Pricing
While we aim to provide accurate quotes upfront, final pricing may vary slightly after an in-person vehicle inspection.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We take the utmost care with your vehicle.
However, we are reviewing the legal scope of limiting liability for any rare incidents that may occur during service. You will be updated accordingly.
